WHY CHOOSE DOBSON TURF MANAGEMENT?

Budget:

            DTM will allow you to budget your monthly maintenance expenses for the entire year with no additional costs.  The price of maintaining your facility will not change according to fuel prices, equipment breakdowns, unexpected diseases or employee overtime.   

Equipment:

            We use only the best equipment for your facility at no extra charge to you.  If there is a breakdown the piece of equipment is simply swapped out and fixed at a later date to avoid getting behind in the daily mowing.  A mechanic will visit the facility 2-3 times per week to adjust and repair all equipment.  The equipment that belongs to the golf club will either remain as an asset to the club or will be purchased by DTM.

Employees:

            This is a major concern for any golf course.  At DTM we have several qualified superintendents for your facility.  Vacation, sick days, family emergencies, etc. are not an issue with DTM. 

Quality:

            We strive for superior conditions and attention to detail. 

Additional Labor:

            For special projects such as aeration, tree pruning, drainage, cart path repair or early morning shotguns we are able to call on additional labor to work when needed.  This will allow for a project or daily operations to be completed faster and not hinder play.
