Tee Times

Please read our Tee Time Booking Policies listed below prior to playing our facility, and by clicking to book a tee time below you agree to the following policies & procedures. 

Online & Over the Phone Tee Time Booking Policies & Procedures

• Tee Times may be booked 7 days in advance
• For groups larger than twelve (12), please contact Bob Hennefer, PGA at 856-697-8900, ext 17

Cancellation Policy

• For tee time modifications, subtractions, or add-on's please contact the Golf Shop at 856-697-8900, ext 21 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time.
• Should a group short-show or no-show for the reserved tee time, the Club reserves the right to charge your credit card full greens fees for the missing player (s).
• If you have any difficulty when booking your tee time online, please give us a call at the golf shop.

Pace of Play

• White Oaks CC expects every foursome to play in 4 hours and 15 minutes or less.

Weather

• Golfers may suspend their round at any time upon their own determination of impending and inclement weather, however, White Oaks does not have a weather detection or warning system, and we have a no rain check policy.

Dress Code Policy

• Proper Golf Attire is required at all times.  Collared shirts are required for men, and no jeans, cut-offs, sweatpants of any kind are allowed.
